Publications · Whitepapers & models

I write down what I learn in projects.
Before it turns into a buzzword.

This is not content marketing: every paper exists because a real project threw up a question that deserved a thorough answer. The work first, then the text — which is why every claim has a business behind it, not a slogan.

Claims need a paper trail.
Here is mine.

Every PDF opens straight in the browser and the download is free — no email gate, no form in front of it. I want you to read it. Not to sign up.

The letter

New work appears in the letter first.

That is not a slogan — it is the fixed order in which I publish, and the reason the letter is worth it:

First in the letter

Subscribers read every new paper weeks earlier — as a finished PDF, straight to their inbox.

Then as a whitepaper

Afterwards it appears on this page — with cover, edition, page count and download.

Free for everyone

No email gate, no form in front of it. The letter's only head start is timing.
