The letter · once a month · 3 minutes to read
Klartext KI.
Once a month: one use case from real projects, one honest assessment, zero buzzwords — three minutes of reading. The one channel nobody can take away from me — or from you. No algorithm decides whether you get to see it.
The content
Three things are in it.
Three things definitely are not.
A letter that takes longer than three minutes isn't denser — just edited worse. That's why every issue has the same three building blocks — and these three things you'll look for in vain.
One use case from real projects
A real project, boiled down to problem, solution and one number — mid-sized business, not a corporate lab. Just like the cases here on this website.
Evidence: Case 308One honest assessment
What the loud AI topic of the month actually means for your business. Often enough the answer is: nothing — and that is exactly what I write.
One tool tip
A technique or a tool you can try out the same day — including the point where you are better off stopping.
No selling
The letter advertises nothing. If I want to offer you something, you will find it on this website — not as a campaign in your inbox.
No buzzwords
No "disruptive", no "game changer", no weekly revolution. If a technical term is genuinely needed, it gets explained in the same sentence.
No sharing
Your address stays with me — no list trading, no "partner offers", no tracking circus. Unsubscribe any time, with one click.
How signing up works
One field, one confirming click —
and both steps are yours.
The letter uses double opt-in: your sign-up only counts once you confirm it yourself. No pre-ticked box, no silent sign-up — here is how it works:
You enter your email address.
Just the address — no name, no company, no mandatory-field circus. That is all I need to send you a letter.
You confirm by clicking the link in your inbox.
Straight afterwards you get an email with a confirmation link. Only your click actually signs you up — without confirmation I send nothing. If the sign-up wasn't yours, simply ignore the email.
You can leave again at any time.
Every letter carries an unsubscribe link: one click, no questions asked, no "sorry to see you go" campaign. How I handle your address is set out in the privacy policy.
Three minutes a month.
And you're ahead of everyone else.
One field, your address, your confirming click — done. From then on the letter lands in your inbox once a month, and nobody else decides whether you see it.

In the letter first
Letter readers get new
publications first.
What I learn in projects I write up as a whitepaper — and the letter readers receive it before it appears here on the website.
The next whitepaper is taking shape. It grows out of an ongoing project — the work first, then the text. What the topic is and when it appears, the letter's readers find out before anyone else.
Three minutes a month. Getting started needs no more than that.
