The AI Day: real skills for your team.
One day on site, working on your real tasks. No slide circus: we work on the processes your team runs every day — including the limits, data protection and the things better left alone. Afterwards your team can actually work with AI, not just talk about it.
Why now
Since February 2025, AI literacy is mandatory.
Not optional.
Article 4(1) of the EU AI Act requires deployers of any size to ensure AI literacy within their team — including the five-person business where people "only" work with ChatGPT. What exactly is required →
Your people already use AI — the only question is whether they do it with guardrails or without. Unmanaged use is not a motivation problem, it is a liability risk: customer data in third-party systems, data protection breaches, false statements made in your company's name. The AI Day replaces unmanaged use with real skill and clear rules.

One day, four blocks —
and your tasks on the table.
No slide circus: four working blocks between 9 and 5 — all of them on the tasks your team actually has.
Understand what AI can do today — and what it cannot.
Not a theory lesson: using your own examples we show where AI holds up, where it hallucinates and how to tell the difference. Including the question nobody asks: what is the machine even allowed to see in your business?
Work on your real processes.
Quotes, inbox, documents, translations — every participant brings a task from their own working day and goes home with a workflow that actually runs. Examples from other businesses →
Write down rules everyone understands.
What may go into which AI, and what may not? Who checks results before they leave the building? At the end you have a one-page set of rules in plain language — not a 40-page policy nobody reads.
Document the evidence for Article 4.
Content, participants, date — cleanly documented as evidence for the training obligation. If an authority ever asks, the answer is already in your file.
End of day — your team is up and running.
Everyone leaves with a working workflow, the rules fit on one page, and the Article 4 evidence is in your file.

Frequently asked questions
What owners want to know before the AI Day.
Does the AI Day satisfy the training obligation under Article 4?
Yes. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required deployers of any size to ensure AI literacy within their team. The AI Day documents the content covered and who took part — as evidence for exactly this obligation.
Do my people need prior knowledge?
No. The AI Day meets everyone where they are — from the sceptic to the closet ChatGPT power user. We work on your real tasks, not on textbook examples.
How many people can take part?
The one-day format works best with 4 to 12 people. Larger groups we split across two dates — that way it stays hands-on work rather than a lecture.
What does the AI Day cost?
The AI Day has a fixed day rate — we discuss the terms in the free initial call, matched to your team size and objectives. Terms belong in a conversation, not in a footer.
