Career

First a corporate group, then mid-sized business —
and out of it a new profession.

Three acts tell you the direction. The roles and qualifications below make it verifiable — with years, not with adjectives.

Act 12004 – 2022

Built what carries corporate groups.

Apprenticeship in Weiden, then 14 years at Witt-Gruppe (Otto Group): databases and reporting — the backbone a corporate group makes its decisions on. Self-employed alongside it since 2008.

Act 22008 – 2025

Understood mid-sized business 312 times over.

Shops, platforms, automation — from the trades workshop to the hospital. And learned this along the way: technology almost never fails because of technology. It fails because of people, processes and a lack of time.

Act 3Today

Capability, not software.

When skilled people are scarce and tools are interchangeable, the bottleneck is the capability inside the business. That is exactly what I build: teams that work with AI — and someone who stands behind it.
