You pay for the solution once, after that it belongs to you: full source code, all credentials, documentation. Technology does need care, of course — which is why I offer maintenance (Monitoring, notification on errors, adjustment when APIs change). It is cancellable monthly.
You can leave at any time and change developer — I deliberately build so that anyone else can take over. Loyalty should come from usefulness, not from a contract.

What gets asked beforehand.
What if a program has no interface?
There is often a way anyway — export files, email import or the database. I check that beforehand and tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Which systems do you connect?
Among others OpenCart, WooCommerce, JTL, SAP, DATEV export, Lexware, mailboxes, Excel/CSV and your own databases.
Why not simply use Zapier?
For individual cases that is fine. With many transactions or sensitive data, your own interface is cheaper and stays in your hands.
